For 3PLs and ecommerce logistics firms

Stay ahead of your clients' Amazon problems.

Lost sight of your clients' Seller Central? The Observatory puts their Amazon KPIs back in front of you, so you can spot courier-related defects, late deliveries and a lost Buy Box early, before any of them puts an account at risk.

Why it matters to a 3PL

When a client's Amazon account slips, your racking feels it.

Your clients' accounts sit on someone else's platform, but the knock-on effects end up in your warehouse.

Stock stops moving

A suppressed listing or a lost Buy Box means the orders dry up, and the pallets stay with you.

Amazon judges delivery

Late dispatch, missing tracking and late arrivals all count against your client's account, even when a courier was at fault. In the UK, orders a seller ships must arrive on time at least 90% of the time.

The warehouse gets asked first

When sales drop, clients look at fulfilment. Once a client connects, the Observatory shows whether the warehouse, the courier or the listing is behind it.

What it watches

The early signs, before the sales fall.

Most problems on Amazon show up as small changes first. The Observatory looks for them every day, for every client.

Free, from Amazon's public figures
  • Buy Box lost or won on each client's top listings
  • New sellers or hijackers appearing on a listing
  • Main image changes, which can be a sign of someone tampering with a listing
  • Seller feedback and star ratings slipping
  • Listings out of stock or gone from sale
With Watch, once the client connects
  • Account health: the rating, and any new warning from Amazon
  • Suppressed listings, with Amazon's reason
  • Backend changes to search terms and listing details
  • Delivery figures: order defects, late dispatch, valid tracking and on-time delivery
  • Search rank slipping on the terms that bring in sales

When something moves, we look at the listing and tell you why: bad reviews, a lost Buy Box, a stock problem or someone else's interference. Advertising is a separate job and is not part of Watch.

How it works

Three steps, and nothing changes in your warehouse.

01

Tell us your clients

List the clients who sell on Amazon. We build your Observatory from Amazon's public figures, free, with nothing needed from your clients.

02

Clients who want more connect

For Watch or Fix, each client approves the connection from inside their own Seller Central account. No passwords change hands, and they can switch it off at any time.

03

You hear when something moves

On the free plan, a weekly email. On Watch, an email the same morning: what changed, why, and who does what.

The team behind it

When something needs fixing, the same team fixes it.

The Observatory is run by Constellation Commerce, the Amazon account team for UK brands: account health, reinstatement and growth.

Spincare

Pan-EU FBA, safety data sheets and dangerous goods classification. Left unresolved, the fee difference on one product line could have cost around €70,000 a year.

“Definitely a five-figure saving.” Anthony Taylor, Spincare

Lupostore.co.uk

Structured account management for a UK marketplace seller.

“Constellation brought structure to the practical side of Amazon account management: what to fix, what to monitor, and how to turn marketplace problems into a clear action plan.” Julius Oliveti, Lupostore.co.uk

Liquids, supplements and dangerous goods

Our speciality: the categories where Amazon asks for more documents, approvals and checks.

Your clients stay your clients. We don't do fulfilment, so we never compete with you, and we only contact your clients with your say-so.

Questions

What 3PLs usually ask.

Do you need our clients' logins?

No. The free plan reads Amazon's public figures, so nothing is needed from your clients at all. For Watch and Fix, each client approves the connection from inside their own Seller Central account. No passwords change hands, and they can switch it off at any time.

Who sees a client's figures?

The client, and anyone the client agrees to in writing, such as your team. One client never sees another client's figures.

Who pays: us or the client?

Whichever suits you. You can include it in your own service and pay us, or your clients can pay us directly.

Do you offer fulfilment?

No. We work alongside your warehouse, never instead of it.

Which marketplaces does it cover?

Amazon UK.

What happens after I sign up?

We set up your Observatory from the clients you list, and email you a private sign-in link. Your clients don't hear from us unless you say so.
